This saves you and your client’s time from having to print proposals, sign them, scan or fax them, and have you get it into a digital form. Analytics – Not only can you create and manage proposals, but you can also view the analytics and so can your clients. Once your client has seen the proposal, you get an alert saying they have viewed it and how long it was viewed for. This can be really helpful in determining which proposals are successful and which aren’t. If you have one only being viewed for a matter of seconds, there is some type of design flaw you can improve.
Templates – While you can also create and design your own proposal, Bidsketch has a variety of templates for you to choose from. There are only a few drawbacks of using Bidsketch, though it helps to have all of the information at your disposal when choosing a new software program. Storage Space – The pricing is set on how much storage space you have, rather than the number of proposals you can send. With only 2GB of storage space in your account, it can be a little cramped. If you have a larger business or send more proposals, you will need to buy the plan with more storage space, which would be for 50GB a month.
Price – It can also be a bit pricey, depending ony our needs and your budget. There are three plans to choose from, starting at $29 a month and going up to $149 a month. If you don’t need more than 2GB of storage a month for your proposals, the $29 plan is affordable and will work out well for you.
If knowing the price is one of your top priorities in choosing a new software program, here is some more information on how it works. First of all, you do get the first 14 days free, regardless of what plan you choose. If you don’t know how much space you will need, you could start with the 2G a month plan and see how much of the space you used in those 14 days, before deciding which membership plan to go with. The three monthly plans are $29 a month for 2GB of storage space, $79 a month for 10 GB of storage space, and $149 for 50GB of storage space. The plans also differ in how many users you can have. The first plan allows one user, the next up to three users, and the last gives you up to eight users.
