This shows potential customers or clients that your previous work has been outstanding and that clients are happy with the services or products you have provided. If you are a new business, you can offer complimentary services in exchange for an honest review.
2. Share Your Recognitions
Another thing to remember when working on your brand, is that you can and should share your recognitions. If your business was reported on in a print or online publication, feel free to share it. If you got any awards or recognitions, post it publicly on your website. If you recently had a memorable recognition, by all means let everyone know. These are things to be not only be proud of, but help you sustain your brand’s reputation.
3. Display Social Media Stats
Another thing to share with others are your social media stats. Make sure on your website you have icons or links to your company’s different social media sites. It also helps to show how likeable and interactive your brand is through social media by displaying stats such as how many people follow your Facebook page and how many fans you have through Twitter.
4. Be a Valuable Resource
Not only should you provide excellent products or services in your business, but be a resource as well. Become a valuable resource to your target market with things like reports, eBooks and a blog that helps your market find useful tips and information. You can share anything relevant to your business, industry and what you think your target customers are looking to find out about.
5. Speak to Your Customers
When you are writing web content, articles or blog posts intended for your readers, use jargon and speech that they will understand and relate with. You probably have your own technical jargon that people in your industry are aware of, but your customers or clients might not be. Try to generalize the way you talk and explain things to be easily understood by everyone.
